Wie bei allen Forestone Bättern war ich zunächst von der sehr leichten Ansprache begeistert. Nach einer Weile finde ich den Klang aber etwas charakterlos und schnarrend und wünsche mir mehr Widerstand. Wenn ich sie dann eine Weile weggelegt habe, mag ich sie wieder gerne. Ein Problem ist auch, dass sie beim Spielen schnell recht weich werden, was die oben genannten Probleme verstärkt. Mit den Legere Signature Blättern komme ich insgesamt dauerhaft besser zurecht. Ein Zusatzproblem bei den Black Bamboo ist natürlich die Platzierung des Blatts auf dem in der Regel schwarzen Mundstück. Sehr positiv ist, dass sie auch auf sehr unterschiedlichen Bahnöffnungen spielbar sind, man sie also auf jeden Fall gebrauchen kann.
Bei der Blattwahl kommt man um das individuelle Ausprobieren nicht herum - und bestimmt finden viele diese Blätter auch genial.

Gutes Reserveblatt

Habe das Blatt bei meiner Klarinette ausprobiert. Es läßt sich ohne einzuspielen sofort benutzen. Für mich ist dieses Blatt der "Rettungsanker", wenn gerade meine normalen Blätter nicht funktionieren. Spiele normal Vandoren V 12, Stärke 3 1/2 und habe bei diesem Blatt Stärke MH bestellt, - würde mir nächstes Mal aber die nächst stärkere Version bestellen. Noch zu bemerken wäre, dass das Blatt nach 1 Stunde spielen "zumacht", - vermutlich, weil es kein Wasser "aufnehmen" kann wie die "Naturblätter". Aber wie gesagt ist es ein tolles "Reserveblatt", - jederzeit spielbereit! Der Klang ist "gefühlt" nicht so gut wie beim Naturblatt.
