Unfortunately, not the best experience in my life

The guitar arrived with two huge cracks on the neck near the headstock, so I couldn’t even play it. I opened the box, saw that the guitar was unusable, took some photos, and packed everything back up. I immediately contacted Thomann to request a refund. Now, I’ve been sitting here for several days waiting for the return to be processed. It’s a sad story, but it is what it is. Maybe next time, things will go better.

Quick delivery and well packaged. Guitar came in simple cardboard box, with high action, very badly cut nut and weirdly positioned pickups.
Nut definitely would need replacing as cut not low enough to set low action, pickups on the wonk, tried unscrewing to set them up straight but seems like they were screwed in wrong.
Unfortunately guitar had to be returned
