Very nice pedal!

I really like this pedal. I think it is important to understand it should not be use to pretend your guitar is a bass or a 12 string guitar. Instead if you see the pedal as an alteration of your sound for arpeggios or a solo then it opens a lot of possibilities. I sold my old POG 2 to get this. It is pedal board friendly and has all of the features that I used. You can add a modulation pedal after and distortion before it and you are cooking!!

Octaver für Sandberg & Stingray

Bassspieler haben unterschiedliche Meinungen dazu, aber ich spiele manchmal clean und distortion (um eine Oktave höher) zusammen. Mit line selector spiele ich entweder clean oder beides. Ich war mir nicht sicher, ob dieser Octaver die richtige Wahl ist.

(+) es ist klein und passt auf kleines Pedalboard
(+) die Stromversorgung 9V kommt von meiner 22A Powerbank mit Engl Spannungwandler, es saugt die Batterie nicht schnell leer
(+) es verfügt 3 Klang-Modi, die Bedienung ist schlüssig und fein skalierbar
(+) transformiert den sound vom Sandberg und den punch vom Stingray gut

(-) clean in Oktave klingt nicht authentisch zum originalen Sound (Sandberg & Stingray)
(-) Sub octave am Bass klingt nicht überzeugend

Mit dem kleinen Octaver kann man coolen Soundeffekt aufsetzen. Wer aber clean spielt, würde ich lieber nativ direkt vom Instrument spielen.

Impressionnante petite boîte qui n’a rien à envier à ses grandes sœurs !

Je ne reviens pas sur l’utilisation à proprement parler de ce type d’effet car c’est particulier et que ça ne colle pas au jeu de tout guitariste . Pour ma part, je suis fan . Avec cette petite dernière , j’ai ai collection complète et je peux me permettre de comparer . Je passe sur la comparaison entre la micro et la nano car la pico les surpasse toutes les deux de par les réglages qu’elle offre en plus , je parle du tone et de la section filter .
Face au POG 2 beaucoup plus complet , la Pico offre une excellente alternative pour qui veut approfondir l’utilisation de cet effet sans claquer un gros billet ….
