A conflicting pick
This is a pick that requires a lot of getting used to. The different stiffnesses by adjusting your grip are retarded in the sense that it needs you to change your grip, and thus, playstyle, which is never nice. And another problem; You can't use anything except the tip for picking comfortably. So for those who like to get different sounds by turning your pick, don't bother with these.
