Got it for a current Gibson LP STD, I did pinch the blades a bit (slid a pick inside the gap first of course) as the shaft diameter seemed a bit large for the existing knobs, then perfect fit. I didn't write down the DCR but just around 500K (496 I think?). Smooth and predictable.

Allparts CTS 500k pot

Typical high quality pot made in USA.
Personally i 'think' i prefer Bourns as they seem to have a nicer gradient taper. But these pots are in most US guitars so they must be good
