Ich hab den Loom2 gekauft, weil er gerade im Angebot war und bin sehr froh darüber. Ich hab den Überblick verloren über die Anzahl meiner Softsynths aber dieser gehört zu meiner TopTen Liste.
Angenehm zu bedienen, übersichtlich und hervorragender Klang.
Additive Synthese.
Sehr vielfältige Sounds und Variationen, klare Struktur im Aufbau und gute Performancemöglichkeiten ohne ein Techniker sein zu müssen.
Ich arbeite mit einem Business HP mit 8 GB Ram und intel Core 6200U CPU 2.30 2.40 GHz und das geht ordentliche aber bei hoher Stimmenzahl merke ich schon die Grenzen meins Systems, je nachdem welche DAW bzw wieviel anderes noch mit im Projekt hängt.
Bei Amazona z.B. gibt es einen ausführlichen Test.

wie sein Vorgänger... vielseitig, macht Spass und super Gadget

Wird in meinen Produktionen eingebunden.
Also der Classic ist schon sehr Genial, aber der Loom II kann nicht nur mithalten, ich persönlich finde ihn noch ein wenig gelungener.
Er ist schnell zu verstehen, der Sound ist unschlagbar und der Rechner wird auch nicht so belastet. (liegt natürlich auch an der persönlichen Ausstattung eines einzelnen) Mein Fazit: für wenig Geld ,ein gut durchdachtes und vielseitiges Plug In bei dem man vor lauter Spielmöglichkeiten auch mal sein Ziel aus den Augen verlieren kann.
