Not having access to a CS-80, I can't speak on it's accuracy, but it compares well to the best of other emulations and sounds wonderful.
Xils always delivers rich textures, and this synth is no exception.

Più che buono

Per chi non può permettersi un vero CS-80 questa è una soluzione spettacolare, con la scomodità tipica dei synth software, ovvero la mancanza di "mettere le dita" su un vero hardware.
Ma la sonorità, ripresa quasi al 100% dal vecchio mostro vi darà molta soddisfazione. Possiedo tutte le emulazioni software del CS-80 e questa è una delle due preferite. L'altra è quella di C.A. che però emula anche l'ancor più raro GX1.
Non mancano molti presets di chiara ispirazione Vangelis, male non fanno di sicuro, e sono anche ben fatti.
In conclusione un plugin davvero realizzato benissimo, forse un po' dispendioso sulla CPU, ma non di più dei concorrenti.
E, se lo prenderete drante qualche periodo di sconto, avrete molto per poco.
