Nice, but with small issues

I've bought this to have some decor lighting in the rehearsal space. Has a ton of modes and options, some quite similar thou. Experiment with altering the speed as well, you'll have more options like that. No annoying "whizzing" sound when changing colors, so it's already better than the Varytec Rainbow Bar 9 that I own currently. BUT... comparatively, the colors are not as warm, so... not sure. And maybe(?) not as bright as it should be if you look at the tech specs?! Quality is fine, the remote control is a gigantic plus. With warmer colors and more power (with dimming option) it would be an absolute recommend. As is... maybe 80% recommend. Which is already fine for the price. But still...

Much more than I expected for what it cost!

So I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this LED bar. I bought it to use as ambient lighting in a studio and maybe use the functionality when i had a party etc..
But the light far exceeded my expectation!
One thing I bought with it was a remote control, and even though the webpage says the remote is not supported, it works perfectly. Also in place of wireless DMX, the light does have either a mic, or vibration sensor inside as the lights will dance to the music if you select the option on the remote control. So far I have not found any cons with this unit, and for the price it is a 5 star product!
Another crazy use I found for this light believe it or not was teaching my two year old colours! Yes, he daily selects a colour on the remote when switching on the light and tells me what colour the room changes to ..ha

The best lights I have received in a long time

These are some of the best lights I have ever ordered, excellent light output, lightweight, well built.

The inbuilt features are incredible, even a uneducated musician could easily put on an excellent show with these.

The random feature is quality and looks incredible, especially when more connected in slave mode. The music feature is extremely versatile.

I couldn't be happier with these, I have already ordered more. If you are thinking of buying these, then do not think anymore, buy them and see how great they are for yourself.

They easily steal the show and for a extremely low price. I could tell someone these are worth over £50.00 (GBP) and they would easily believe me.

The 50cm ones (0,5m) are a perfect size for the drum kit. I put one each side at a slight angle and they look pucker!!

Easy, Bright and a brilliant effect!

This fixture is best described in one word- awesome. The ease of use is brilliant, the led display is easy to navigate through the four buttons and the manual provided, and DMXing the fixture to be pixel mapped is far less complicated than any of the other fixtures I own.
I currently have two of these fixtures but will be expanding my setup with two more, as the stairville brand has provided me with a wide range of affordable but very good fixtures in the past!
The included brackets make for easy mounting, and the fixtures can also be used as uplights, the power linking function really helping with this.
Overall fantastic for the price, will definitely have too get a couple more of these!
