For specific needs
As a complete beginner banjoist, I picked up a set of these alongside a set of Dunlop metal fingerpicks. This review will compare my experiences with both.
If you browse the reviews on this set, you will see everyone thinks their hands are average size. Lol. I'm more honest with myself - mine are small, and the fingerpicks fit me just right, while the thumbpick was a little loose. You won't find out if they'll fit you from these reviews, since everyone's hands are different. The shape can be adjusted a bit by dipping them in boiling water first.
In comparison, metal picks are easily adjustable with a pair of pliers.
The plastic is smooth, pleasant to the touch, and quite pretty. It doesn't click or scrape against metal strings like metal picks do, and the sound ends up being cleaner and softer, which I prefer.
Unfortunately, 1mm thickness made them unwieldy to use, especially as a beginner. They would be great if they were half as thick, like the metal ones, and that's what I will be looking for in my next set. This may not be a problem with guitar, where strings have more space between them.
Overall - well made, may or may not suit you depending on your personal preferences.
If you give them a try, and if they don't suit you, you can always give them to some kid to use as magical shiny claws.

Good value for money
I bought these on a whim as I've never used finger picks before (just thumb picks and standard plectrums)
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, although the colours may take some getting used to!
To be honest, I'm unlikely to use the finger picks much as they don't suit my style of playing, but they're fun to experiment with, especially on my resonator guitar. I'll definity use the thumb pick, probably as a spare back up to the Dunlops that I normally use.
Here's a tip for those people who say that these picks (or any other similar picks) don't fit. Soak them in a cup of boiling water for 2 minutes, carefully remove them, then you can bend them into the size/shape you want quite easily. Once they're cold they'll keep to that shape. Works for me!

Great Thumb-Pick
The Harley Benton Finger-Pick Set contains 1 Thumb Pick and 3 Finger-Picks
I buy this Finger-Pick Set for the Thumb-Picks only.
Because I don?t play with Finger-Picks, but I do play with Thumb-Picks, and the Thumb-Picks in this Harley Benton Finger-Pick Set are so good that I buy the whole Set even if I want to use the Thumb-Pick only.
This Finger-Pick Set comes always in different colours. That means each Pick has a different colour and wich one, always change from set to set.
I have got some in plain colour and some in that sparkling colour but of course they play the same.
This Picks are quite thick but play quite soft.
The Tip is nicely shaped and there is enough Material to give it your own prefered shape.
I highly recommend the Harley Benton Fingerpick Set specialy or even if you are looking for a Thumb-Pick only
When you are looking for Finger-Picks, all I can say that I cant play with them but that?s maybe just me and not the Finger-Picks, but hey why not give them a try. The Price is low and at least you will get a grfeat Thumb-Pick for your money.
I give it 4 Stars, the are durable, produce a nice sound, feel good, are comfortable, what else? I recomend them!

Cheap and useful
This was the first set of fingerpicks set I ever bought, so I didn't had any expectations regarding this picks.
This pack contains 4 picks: one for the thumb and three for the other fingers. The picks colours are very bright and bizarre (of course it depends on your luck with the colours of the picks that you get) which can be unpleasing for a lot of people. Despite this, the picks work well. I mainly use the thumb pick (I prefer to pick the strings directly with my fingers), but the others are useful as well. But they are not easy to play with!! It takes a lot of training! But it's worth it.
The picks only come in one size, which may not be suited for everyone. If that's your case just search on the internet for ways to enlarge or reduce the tightness of the picks, there are ways to do it.
Overall, it's a good item to have if you play the guitar. It is a cheap product and also useful.

Good but they may be a little small
I'm a man with fairly thin fingers. The largest-diameter fingerpick is too small for my middle finger and cuts off circulation. It's OK with occasional breaks, but when I have the chance I'll pick up some better-fitting metal fingerpicks in person where I can ensure the right fit.
Other than that they're fine. They're solid. If they were a little more springy they could probably accomodate a wider range of hand sizes without risking slipping off. Thumbpick works great for me. If you have large hands or thick fingers this set is probably not for you.

Don't know what to say
Liked the thumb pick. The finger picks not so much. Paradoxically though the thumb pick did fit, the fingers don't. They also seem somewhat bulky and – for the lack of a better word – unnatural. Have to say these will go on to my shelf and maybe someday are revisited.
But even if these prove to be useless for me I can't really say for sure that some other would not have a totally different experince. Everybodys fingers are different size, (sometimes myself even varies quite a lot depending on cold etc.) They are cheap so it's not that big of a deal if they turn out to be useless.

They work, but I would have liked same color / color scheme.. It looks a little like a Tivoli on the hand.. :)
