Nice smallish tuba mouthpiece, quite funnel shaped, easy to play. Compared to an Arnold and Sons 25, for me it has a better low register, less risk of sounding blatty, especially at higher volumes, and a more comfortable rim. But also a bit less bark, and slightly less bright.

Schönes Gelegenheitsmundstück

Ich spiele normalerweise Bariton (6 1/2 AL-T) im Musikverein. Ab und an ist jedoch das Tubaregister schwach besetzt. Daher darf ich gelegentlich mal rüberhüpfen. Nach Tests einiger anderer Mundstücke (AS 18, JK 18 SER) war dieses der beste Allrounder für mich als "Springer".
