Great, but not for me
Bought them for a friends Hot Rod Deluxe. He seemed pleased with them, but sound is a matter the players taste. Still, great valves.

Tubes died at first week.
I have used TAD tubes before with very good results.
This pair sounded good but one of the tubes died after a week.

Warning!
The tube sockets on the TAD tubes have a little centre pin that is supposed to make sure that you can only put in tubes in one correct direction. The round piece on the bottom of the tubes and the centre pin are significantly smaller than on other tubes, like Sovetek or GT. So it's very easy to put in TADs in the wrong direction, there's no physical resistance when putting them in incorrectly.
TAD support's snotty response to this issue is that the tube sockets vary due to manufacturing variances, and that one can't expect the centre pin to actually perform it's intended function (!). (Important: I'm referring to TAD support, not Thomann support - my experience with Thomann support has always been very good..)
Soundwise, I was unimpressed by the tubes, especially compared to GT and Sovtek. The attack phase of the note almost disappears, dynamics and articulation are not great. The tubes that the TADs were supposed to replace went back in...(Fender 57 Tweed Twin RI amp).

Focused, tight and strong
These tubes are of stellar quality. Together with TAD preamp tubes you'll get the most noise-free signal chain that money can buy. Analytical, but warm and relaxed. These 6L6 are especially tight in the bass which makes them perfect for fast death/thrash metal - but these qualities extend equally to jazz and blues. If you've got bloomy pickups, these tubes will help you balance that. If you run tight and harsh pickups like EMG81 or Bill Lawrence L500XL, these tubes will give them a touch of warmth.

Good sound, good quality
These tubes are supposed to be a remake of the "General Electric" 6L6 tubes. The sound is very defined. Thight bass, crisp highs, with an emphasis on the mid frequencies. This is an excellent solution for Combos, since the closeness of the speakers tends to put the tubes under a lot of stress.
I use these in a Fender HotRod with no rattling, microphony or humming. Excellent product!

Great sounding tubes
It's always difficult to objectively judge a sound, but I like the sound of my guitar + amp with these tubes in it. Quality is good so far (I've had them in for a couple of months).

great tube
Using these in 1965 Fender Vibrolux Reverb. I would strongly recommend them. Warm, strong sound. Expect they would be good for a variety of styles.
