Das ideale Euphonium Mundstück

Nach mehreren getesteten Mundstücken für mein Euphonium (Miraphone M5000), bin ich auf das Schilke 51D gestoßen. Dieses Mundstück ist wohl das beste, das ich jemals hatte. Durch den extrem tiefen Kessel hat es einen hervorragenden dunklen sound, ist aber zugleich in allen Tonlagen leicht zu spielen.
Nachdem ich von dem Mundstück so begeistert war, habe ich es auch mit schmalem Schaft für mein Tenorhorn (Miraphone 47L) probiert. Hier stellte sich aber nicht der gewünschte Erfolg ein, da das Instrument wie mir scheint mit den riesigen Luftmassen überfordert ist. Dadurch wurde der Klang sehr dumpf und auch die Intonation war im Eimer. Auf meiner Posaune habe ich ähnliches festgestellt.

Fazit: Das Schilke 51D ist für mich das ideale Euphonium Mundstück, Für Tenorhorn und Posaune würde ich aber eher das 52D nehmen.

trotz der Größe (Baßposaunenmundstück) ist es doch ohne größere Anstrengung möglich die hohe Posaunenstimme zu spielen und dabei den Vorteil des Volumens in der tiefen Lage mit nur einem Mundstück nutzen zu können.
