Do their job
They do their job. I could not detect any sound deterioration so far.
However the plug-housings are of a screw-on type, and come off rather easily.
This poses absolutely no threat if you unplug the item every other week, but I would not recommend it in an environment where one would unplug and handle it once every hour.
To serve as an adapter in the home-studio - perfect.
To serve as tool for frequent touring - rather invest in some Neutriks.

Perfect Adapter
I am using this with the Focusrite 2i2 (to connect the Monitor to headphones) and it works amazingly. High-quality audio, and very nice build quality

Handy adapter if you want to take 2 x mono monitor outputs to your IEM's, well that is what I wanted them for and it does the trick.

Just the job
So, you are presented with a lonely 3.5mm stereo jack and you need to plug it up your mixer, what do you need? One option is cutters, solder station and some level of skill, the other method is to buy this great break-out lead, brings the signal nicely to 2* 1/4" jacks for line-level input devices, fab!

Nothing to complain
Basically just a cable, so no long review. Does what it is supposed to do, and looks like it will last a long time
