I use the transformer to connect the balanced xlr output from my sound card to the unbalanced rca line input of my mixer.
This was the solution to a low level noise issue. Now the signal is clean. I should have bought a couple earlier.

Works exactly as advertised, quality is excellent.
Have not noticed any issues so far and as it is passive transformer box, I really don't expect any to appear int the future either.

Simple and compact, fits easily into your toolbox.

Didn't meet my needs

Noise in speakers increased sharply. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my needs and I can't imagine how it worked properly for other users...

Ich benutze diese Übertrager um einen Monitor-Controller mit symmetrischen XLR-Ausgängen mit den Cinch-Eingängen einer Hifi-Endstufe zu verbinden.

Was bei bei einfacher Zwangs-Entsymmetrierung und direkter galvanischer Verbindung mit Brummen und Pegelabfall verbunden war, klingt jetzt absolut sauber und störungsfrei.
Die Übertrager arbeiten perfekt und weitgehend verfälschungsfrei - so zumindest mein subjektiver Eindruck (ohne es gemessen zu haben).

Kleiner Verarbeitungsmangel: Bei einem der beiden bestellten Adapter fehlte eine Gehäuseschräube, die ich aber aber problemlos selbst ersetzen konnte, zumal dies weder Funktion und Stabilität beeinträchtigte.
