It's just great. Not much to write about it, really.

This kit contains two cleaning rods with microfiber cloths, a large brush swab, a small paintbrush, a pipe cleaner, bore oil, and a bottle of "anticondens" which helps reduce the moisture that can build up in the windway by making it bead up and slide out. All in a nice little zippered pouch that's easy to put in your bag or with your instruments. If the little pieces of microfiber wear out, you could easily use scraps of a lint-free cloth or even gauze sponges for the same purpose. Everything you need for simple recorder maintenance.

I bought this along with my recorder because the price was good and it made sense to order at the same time as my recorder since I live in the US and didn't want to have to pay shipping for this kit alone. I'm glad I bought it, as it has been very useful. The cork grease is easier to use than the one which come with the recorder and having extra cleaning rods is great. Also, I now have the recorder oil and anticondens which I know I will need soon anyway. It just makes sense to get this with your recorder.

If you have a wooden recorder, this care kit is absolutely indispensable. If you are purchasing your first wooden recorder, you will need this kit within the first few months to oil and care for your recorder. The case and contents are very good quality. No cons, only pros, it's great!

Useful, compact. Just what one needs. For the novice I'd recommend a leaflet in German and English explaining oiling and cleaning.

Buy it! For a better experience in caring your recorders. No need to figure out what and where to purchase unique things anymore. Easy to storage with the recorder. My favorite bamboo brush and anti-condenser preparation are in this kit. REMEMBER to keep the linseed recorder oil from high-temperature or it may cause fire.
