I have done some tests with the neighbours and it really helps. Obviously they can hear the piano but now their bedroom is not anymore a resonance box. Probably the most expensive variation of the product (the piatino cups) help even more, but they don't suite all tipes of pianos (mine for example). Overall I think it is a good solution for decoupling the piano from the floor.
