Absolutely sublime
These springs are absolutely perfect. I bought them for my Ibanez RGIR27E, as using higher gauges, I've had to use 5 standard springs in the tremolo to get the perfect balance between spring and string tension. However, I recently upped the gauge to a 10-64 set, as for the faster death metal that I play, the increase in tension is essential. I did originally buy 5, expecting to need to use 4-5 to still achieve the right balance between tensions, however I'm only using 3 on the bridge and it's absolutely perfect.
I cannot recommend this enough. The only problem that I had was they're a little shorter than usual springs, however this really isn't a big issue.
If you want to increase bridge tension without using stupid amounts of springs, these are exactly what you need.

Does its job
The spring has very high tension and works especially well with non-floating vibrato setups or with high tension strings. The springs have increased tuning stability massively, and their tension is, as advertised, very high.

great
I bought the Goldo Tremolo spring extra hard for use in combination with the schaller sure claw and works perfect, I use 10-52 strings and with three springs in enough to have a nice feel in the tremolo.

Brilliant Göldo Tremolo Spring Extra Hard
I got 2 of these to fairly much peg down a trem on a guitar that receives lots of heavy strumming and massive bends.
I have found that with this extra hard springs in place the bridge is where I want it and it does not interfere with the paying of sound. Strings on the guitar with this installed stay in tune more so as when it was not installed.
This is a really good product and the quality of the springs are great.

Fine quality for a fair price
These springs are great to
a) exchange existing ones
b) add these to your tremolo
They fit for Floyd Rose and most other Tremolos, as long as there is atleast one Gap to fix the spring on.
Why a new / harder springs?
Most guitars tend to survive quiet a few years without loosening the springs, but after some time your springs will lose their flexibility or even corrode or just expand and don't do what they are intended to do. This causes to make the Tremolo all floppy and the strings will bend it all the way up.
Another use for these is for a heavier gauge. If you don't want to drive the screws of the claw in the back of your guitar all the way in, these are made for you.

Excellent
Great spring if you want a stiffer feeling tremolo. I've fitted 5 to act as a trem delete for my strat. They don't ring or buzz at all.

Hard, extra hard, really..
Yes, they are extra hard exactly as being described. Awesome. Can be difficult to mount due to them being hard to expand, but that is nothing but expected.

With three of these springs I can finally use a 10-52 string set in standard tuning without screwing the spring plate all the way to the back, and the bridge is parallel to the body of the guitar. Great stuff!
