Not the worst, but far from good
I bought this set with the idea to replace the strings of my new acoustic and still be able to enjoy the bright sound of the factory phosphor bronze strings. However I was truly disappointed by the quality of the product.
The first problem appeared when I was changing the strings. As I was finishing tuning the 1st string, it just snapped, and after close examination I established that the winding on the ball end of the string was gone, meaning that it has faulted at it's joints. This has never happened to me before even with the cheapest string sets, and I have been setting up guitars for the past decade.
Another drawback of this set is that even though their top layer is made out of phosphor bronze, they still sounded far mellower than they are supposed to, especially for being a light gauge. However, they did retain a good tone for quite a long time. After I took them off I noticed that the nanoweb coating is actually a nylon-resembling sheet that is "laminated" onto the string... to me that is the reason why they sounded so mellow.
Overall, I wouldn't buy them again. I have switched to D' EXP 26 and I am far happier with them.

coated strings...
not sure about the merits of coated strings. They seem overly bright and metallic sounding. Maybe if you have particular problems with strings you might like them, but I have to say I wouldn't buy them again.
