Each outlet of the Cioks DC7 power supply can deliver 500mA @ 12V. I needed double the current, that is 1.000A @ 12V, to power a Surfybear Compact reverb. Using this parallel adapter I got the necessary power by connecting two outlets together.

I was a bit confused at first, because the color was a bit different than the product photo (light grey instead of white), Cioks using different colors for different cables. But I trusted Thomann that they would have sent the correct one, and indeed they had.

Construction is solid, it snugly fits the outlets and the DC power cable, no slack, very happy.

Powering digital pedals that have higher current draw using this clever piece of gear (do read the CIOKS advice on how to use). Simple, neat. Recommended as a 'modular' solution, especially for people who have a higher rotation of pedals on their board. Makes things versatile.

Ik heb een Helix stomp XL. De voeding is met eigen adapter en je kan hem niet in serie via een 1spot daisy chain ofzo gebruiken. Ik heb echter een Ciocks Sol voeding en met deze extra kabel en een Cioks 3050 Flex Typ 3 heb je de bijgeleverde Helix adapter niet meer nodig. Alles is nu proper en veilig aangesloten op de 1 Ciockx voeding. Handig.
