Ich habe jetzt so ziemlich alle auf dem Markt befindlichen Übungsdämpfer getestet. Dieser hat wie fast alle Modelle außer dem Best Brass und dem Yamaha Silent brass, Probleme mit der Intonation. Weiterhin passt der Dämpfer nicht in mein Horn (Gebr. Alexander 503). Er fällt immer wieder raus. Wie bei allen Dämpfern ist viel mehr Luftdruck zum Spielen erforderlich, als beim ungedämpften Horn. Daher ist das Üben mit Übungsdämpfer nur bedingt zu empfheln. Natürlic hist der Sound auch nicht so schön, wie beim Horn ohne Dämpfer.
