This pick was a 5/5 pleasant surprise. (and i'm "picky").
The typical "chirping" of thick plectrums is absent, and this really brings some loudness and roughness to the sound, in a good way.
I could imagine that especially metal guitarists would like this, and those who play fast solos would find this in their repertoire.
The rough edges easily give a nice "scrape" effect, but not unintentionally or unwanted.
Despite the thickness, this also stays on the fingers well.
The large size in itself does not bother me, it does not feel too big or disturbingly big/thick when playing, quite exactly on the contrary, at least in my case improves my playing technique.
I had struggled a bit with string skipping and moving fast inside 2 strings, but I can say that the rounded edges and rough feel combined with the sharp head made these exercises and techniques easier to learn.
So I can recommend this pick.
The only minus could be the wear and the price of the plectrum,
but on the other hand you basically get "3 picks" since you don't need to think about which way the plectrum is in your hand at any given time.
So, all in all, i really warmly recommend this and cannot do anything else than give all 5 stars.
