I purchased a new electric guitar, and ordered this service for a very particular setup for slide. The action, intonation, open tuning and pickup height are exactly as requested, and the bone nut that replaced the stock plastic one is perfectly cut. I will now have all of my new guitars set up by Thomann.

Got an ESP EII Eclipse that I dearly love but the nut slots were too deep and muffled the strings vibration. I would usually go to a local luthier for fixes but I chose to try Thomann Plek service. I am really glad I did! Although following the steps of the service is a bit tricky, they've been excellent, kind and more importantly very pro! Up to warning me they might not be able to match the original color on the new nut.
I wouldn't have found a better/faster service actually. So yeah, I haghly recommend!

I have specific requirements to play, and Thomann will arrange these when buying from them. This is the reason I don't bother with anyone else these days
