Seems to be working as described. The only downside is that the selling point for the unit is that it can be powered by external supply, and there is no power adapter included. I would of course be willing to pay more if it were included. Also there is no specific adapter available for purchase on Thomann, only universal, which are bulky and you are paying for a lot of stuff you do not need, if you are intending to use it just with the hub. I tried to find the specific power adapter for the hub in other shops but still did not find it. So,l be sure to order a universal power supply if you intend to use this feature.

It does the job well but can introduce noises if you use it with your synths.

Works fine. However my mouse is not automatically regonized until I turn it off and on via the convenient button next to one of the USB sockets.

Der Hub ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Ich brauchte einen schnellen USB- Hub, um mein mitbestelltes Novation 61SL MKIII, Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen. und andere USB- betriebene Geräte am MacBook Pro anzuschließen. ABER ich war etwas fehlgeleitet von der Beschreibung und glaubte, es würde bei Geräten, die keine Stromversorgung über USB haben auch ohne externes Netzteil an diesem USB- Hub funktionieren- was leider nicht der Fall war. Der Hub braucht in jedem Fall ein daran angeschlossenes Netzteil, denn das Masterkeyboard, das eine eigene Stromversorgung hat, sendete kein MIDI. Habe ein externes Netzteil angeschlossen, das ich zuhause hatte, und schon funktionierte es perfekt. Daher empfehle ich unbedingt, gleich das Netzteil Thomann Power Supply 3-12V DC 2250mA, Link: <a class="article link" href="thomann_power_supply_3_12v_dc_2250ma.htm">Thomann Power Supply 3-12V DC 2250mA</a> mitzubestellen. War mein Fehler....
