Great stuff for great value

I just needed a smooth + affordable hardware set to go with my new Gretsch Catalina Club Studio. Previously I used Gibraltar sets and was pretty satisfied with them. But this time i wanted to try Tama's HB5W which is just around the same price range with some fancy Tama features. Loved the flexibility of the Hi-Hat stand (HH205). You can also check the reviews of the separate items and you'll see they are also highly rated. But as Aristotle would put it, "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts", and for a lower price!

Tama quality for the solid price

It's the best of all words - fair price, stability, lightness, visual apeal, flexibility...
We always think of sound, feel, shell quality, cymbals... But quality hardware is what you need to feel comfortable on the stage.
Two boom stands are great, they are sturdy and stable even with heavier rides offseted from the central pole.
Hi-hat stand is also great, you can adjust tension and pedal angle easily.
Kick pedal is no surprise - iron cobra.
Snare stand is stable and light.
Note that hi-hat rod is pretty long, it will get in a way of splash cymbals or even left crash. Do yourself a favor and buy additional short rod (only a few bucks).

Amazing !!!! I bought 4 pieces of this product , and not to understand why pay more for something that is working for less money !!!! ???? They are great to keep cymbals of all sizes and the love of weight !!!
