Great versatile tremolo

I wanted to have a tremolo with option for harmonic and normal tremolos. I tried a couple of alternatives, but in the end chose to buy this. It is simple to use with just two knobs and a select switch. Don’t know if it’s true, but I think there is a change in sound when you select the brownface tremolo. To me it has a preamp type of effect as well. Brownface tremolo gives you smoother and darker response as the blackface mode has more sparkle to it. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants quality sounds and build. Wis it would have come with the older Brownface-type knobs.

Musical tremolo

Great clasdic tremolo. Nothing fancy, but great for clasdic 60s tones.

Pros:
Useable knob ranges. Both modes are very musical. Like a Flint, but with 2 modes and analog signal path.

Cons:
Pedal slightly alters your tone, even when pedal is off.

Wirklich ein gutes Gerät.

Bei der Verarbeitung habe ich mal einen Stern weniger gegeben, weil einer der Potiknöpfe etwas beschädigt war. Ansonsten ist das ein stabiles Gehäuse und auch die Anschlüsse machen einen soliden Eindruck.

Klanglich gefällt mir das auch wirklich sehr gut. Ich hatte vorher einen 30€ Tremolo von Firma F.. Der von Surfy Industries hängt diesen aber bei Weitem ab. Keine Störrgeräusche und einen meiner Meinung nach recht variablen Tremolo Sound.

Die Regler sprechen sehr gut an und lassen wirklich eine präzise Einstellung zu (Ich war da sehr pingelig). Zusätzlich kann man das Klangbild noch mit dem Kippschalter beeinflussen, also ganz nach Gusto.

Ist nebenbei nicht nur was für Surfmusik. Ich benutze den Surfytrem zusammen mit dem Surfybear und damit bekommt man auch fantastische Westernklänge, Richtung Morricone hin.

Sehr zufrieden.
