I have a Shrue Beta 87C and I felt I should buy one of these to cut down the popping when my mic was turned up fully at bigger gigs, and this has solved the problem and looks cool on the mic to, at least I think it does. Well worth the money.

Ich verwende diesen Wundschutz für ein Rode M2. Sitzt nicht ganz passgenau, aber es funktioniert alles und nichts verrutscht. Gesangsmics sehen damit auf einmal eher wie Reporter-Mics aus, man wird auf einmal eher ernst genommen, wenn man das Leuten unter die Nase hält.

Für Gesang würde ich generell nicht noch mehr Schaumstoff-Poppkiller auftragen, denn der Sound geht damit weiter kaputt. Wer da Probleme mit seiner plosiven Aussprache hat, sollte lieber ein kompatibleres Mikrofon wählen und/oder an seiner Technik arbeiten.

Utilisée sur deux Shure bêta 87a et sur Neumann kms 105. J'en ai donc acheté trois. Le prix est certes un peu élevé mais la mousse utilisée est solide et le rendu sur mes micros est sympa (le micro reste esthétique car la mousse n'est pas trop imposante- et la couleur noire: sobriété). Pour enfiler la mousse, allez y tranquillement et petit à petit (la mousse est solide mais bon...mieux vaut ne pas tirer d'un coup et risquer de l'abimer). La taille étant vraiment ajustée, mieux vaut savoir que vous ne mettrai pas deux secondes à couvrir tous vos micros sur la scène live de votre vie alors que le vent arrive!
