Creative and versatile pedal
Essentially I was after a DL4 like micro looper for experimentation, soundscapes and sound mangling instead of traditional chord looping. Tensor certainly delivers in that front. And more.
There are other pedals in this category, but unlike many of them I find Tensor to be very controllable. You can jam, create and re-create those sounds later if you understand the controls - unlike with many whacky pedals, which make it hard or impossible to re-create a tone that you stumbled upon while jamming.
Aside from loop soundscapes or glitchy textures Tensor can be used as a traditional pitch / octave pedal which adds to its versatility. Pitch shifting and tracking of this pedal are excellent.
To conclude: Tensor can do creative loops, glitchy solo textures, it's very controllable and it can be used as a normal pitch pedal or even chorus. That's why it has stayed on my board since I got it. I would highly recommend it, but also advice to learn the basic controls to get most out of the pedal. Despite its versatility Tensor might not be for everyone. It's certainly for me.

A fun pedal
Takes some time to understand the pedal, but when you do amazing crazy things happens.
The pedal is very well made and feels sturdy.
I've used it mostly with guitar when creating wierd loops, and later stretching and pitching untill I get something interesting.
You can also control the Tensor via Midi, but I haven't tried that out yet.
Overall I have spent a lot of time with the pedal and it's still fun to use, a bit pricey but worth it.
