Great features on paper, not so great execution..
I received and returned two of these guitars, first one sounded great and the finish was OK, sounded great plugged in as well. But it had a poorly cut nut, major intonation issues and a crack on the fret-board. So poor QC would be an understatement.
Second one I got had a poorly cut nut (again), intonation issues, a knot on the neck and the worst matched top I have ever seen, something I would only expect from a 100¤ guitar. It looked like the top had been glued together from two different species of wood. Did not sound as good as the first one, but still OK.
So in short, these could be great instruments for the price, but the QC is appalling. I would not recommend, nor would I buy an Ortega product again. Unless you are willing to swap out the guitars till you get one that is properly made.
