Not only for connecting cables

When making my patch panel i didn't want to solder any connections. With this I just took the two top screws off the blue front of the device and secured the screws through the front of my rack panel. To feed my power supply I just changed the end socket on the unit to a grey power con.

I recommend this for all patch bays.

Its just a bit expensive.

Very useful to keep your cable stock vesatile

These were bought for a client installation that needed some flexibility for future-proofing.

Who knows what may come up in the future. There are long cables in the cable stock but what if you need an extra one and you have some spare short ones? Ta-da! You can't hope to cover every eventuality but these gadgets help give you more options.
