Big enough to make a custom RG stratchplate out of.
Put your router on a medium speed and tape the edges to prevent chips.

Surprisingly hard to find

I found a blank sheet of this material rather hard to find, but i think that problem is solved.
It is good quality sheet and big enough to cut a p bass guard from.

The only con is that I didn't know about this product sooner.
