Sound-wise a bit cleaner than the basic GAP version, which means it loses some of the grittiness and noisiness some might like for rock and punk vocals. Still punchy though and I have liked it so far over the basic version for rap vocals.

Quality wise I had a hard time installing this with another module to Fredenstein Bento 2, which only has two slots. Took me almost 1.5 hours because it seems like the module is just tiny bit bigger than it's supposed to be. You can make it fit but expect to use force and get scratches to the chassis. Might be easier with more slots.

They tried to emulate Neve, it's hard for me to say how similar all these emulations are or not, but the module works perfectly! For vocals and instruments it can be very useful.

Okay after listening to a Neve 1073LB, Heritage, Bae and other 500 series & 1U Rack Units, this thing finished in 3rd place for me. Obviously the original Neve 1073LB is the best, 2nd was Heritage. This was the 3rd for me. For this price i'd say it has 90% the sound of an original Neve unit. In a mix, you'd never tell which one is it. So buy it!

These are great units

I have a few and run as much audio as i can through them because it gives the sound weight and harmonics. Very versatile with all its features and best value among others alike.
