My personal choice number one. Good tone on every tuning i have used and fits perfectly for the rock and heavy music i am playing. Haven´t broken a single one of these heads, thought i hit the drums pretty hard. I will continue using these heads as i am satisfied with the sound and quality and price they provide. I can recommend these to every other drummer no matter what your genre is.

Perfect for latin

My 8'' does not often come out - but when it does it is because I am wanting a latino style funk pitched tom that will cut through like a timbale - this is wearing the coated tone really helps cut through

Surprisingly amazing

I bought this skin for a drum i wanted to sell on with a brand new skin, and when i put this one on i was amazed at how great the clarity and quality was. At a price level like this, the G2 coated must be top of the range at a fairluly low price. I highly recommend g2 coated heads for toms.
