Ich war anfangs skeptisch, aber die Absorber von EQ Acoustics haben mich überzeugt. Klar ist es DIY kostengünstiger, aber wer sich die Arbeit und die Zeit und die Werkzeuge dazu sparen möchte, sind diese Absorber eine sehr gelungene Alternative.

Panels work, but problems with materials after 1 year.

The panels do their job, but I had problems after one year when using velcro wall adapters. The black fabric on the back of the panels started to "detach" from it, which caused my panels to bend forward, and after a while fall from the wall because of the weight.

After having contacted EQ Acoustics customer support, they told me there was nothing I could do but purchase a spray glue to reattach the fabric on the back myself, so an expense of around 10+$ on the top plus some DIY to fix the problem.

looking nice and working fine

I am very satisfied with these panels. Ordered 6 of them (4 on the side walls and 2 behind the speakers. They look very good unlike most of diy panels.

Clean

This absorber is clean both aesthetically and "soundwise".
As my monitors (Yamaha HS5s) unfortunately are placed both relatively close to a wall and a corner, the low mids have been creating a muddiness affecting my mixes negatively.

With this absorber in place behind the monitors it soaks up those nasty frequencies like a charm. Can't recommend it enough!
