Simply amazing. Love the sound, love the controls. A lot of fun. I would add another stomp momentary button for oscillation. I have a strymon volante and as much as I love it (especially sound quality) - DBA dream echo is much more creative and experimental.

Wer auf einen warmen angezerrten Postpunk-Sound a la Sonic Youth steht oder gerne mit Noise und Flächen experimentiert, sollte dieses Pedal definitiv ausprobieren! Das Echo-Dream-Delay hat einen genialen Klang und hebt sich hier für mich defintiv positiv vom glatten Digital-Hifi-Standard ab. Mit einem zweiten Delay und in Kombination mit den eingebauten Feedback- und Fuzz-Reglern lassen sich sehr leicht komplexe Soundscapes kreieren. Macht echt Spaß und lädt zum Experimentieren ein! Ein guter cleaner Sound ist natürlich ebenfalls verfügbar. Das Pedal könnte aus meiner Sicht ein wenig vielseitiger sein. Aber Klang und Qualität rechtfertigen aus meiner Sicht trotzdem den Preis. Man merkt, das die Macher selbst in der Noise-/Shoegazer-Welt zu Hause sind. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

No fuzz

I ordered this pedal after watching heaps of videos on it, and I liked the fact that it combined a fuzz with a delay. But as soon as I got my hands on it I couldn't believe how tiny the fuzz was (on a Telecaster through a Vox transistor amp). Changed the powering chord, tried with humbuckers, no way to get a nasty fuzz out of it.
The delay was great, the knobs were responding, and for a simple delay it would have been good, but I paid that price to get that fuzz in and didn't get what I asked for.
Worst part is I sent it back to get it changed, Thomann found that it didn't work properly as well and sent me a new one, which felt exactly the same. Thankfully , Thomann's support being great, they agreed for me to send it back and get a refund (tho I'm sending it today I hope I'll get it!). I'm gonna go with a Tonal Recall pedal from Chase Bliss. No fuzz, but it'll be worth my money at least!

Cette pédale est simplement génialissime, en tous points.
La fabrication est top.
Les sons produits sont hyper chaleureux et précis.

La section "echo" est pleine de souplesse et de multiples possibilités.
Le potard "D Time" est subtile et précis. Le feedback est très puissant et produit des oscillations de dingue. Ca peut partir dans tous les sens. Le toggle switch permet de gérer le signal de la guitare et de couper le son dry.

La section "modulation" est monstrueuse et versatile. Quelle bonne idée d'avoir adjoint ce type de circuit à un delay. Le son peut être totalement atomisé. Les deux formes d'ondes possibles gérées par le toggle switch élargissent encore un peu le champ des possibilités, déjà bien étendu.

Les potards "master" (volume de sortie), "delay" (part d'effet) et "fuzz" (en réalité plus un réglage de gain ou de "dirt" qu'une fuzz, mais qu'importe) permettent tous les excès sonores bruitistes typiques Death By Audio.

Cette pédale peut tout faire, un "delay standard et subtile" de haute qualité ou une arme de destruction sonore hors du commun.

Bref, une pédale de dingo...
Seul bémol, le prix...
