Perfect simple fun

I love the fact that this is not the most versatile synth available. I've always found it intriguing that it's often the certain limitations that can lead to very creative results. That being said this works wonders for me at least and yet there is still things to discover each time I power it up. It can go from subtle to harsh and it's capable of creating very interesting sounds on it's own when fiddling with the filter settings, very nice for an experimental music setup as such. And of course the filter is a thing to marvel in it's own right and the best part is that you can apply it to an external audio source as well. My device does not have the infamous double trigger issue either so perhaps now finally in 2024 the issue has been fixed for good?

Lots of problems with double triggering. Thomann changed my wasp with same fault. Behringer said it would be fixed in firmware. This product never got any updates on firmware. All the other Behringer synths had firmware upgrades.

Double Trigger Problem still not fixed

The filter envelope is retriggered on some note off events, which produces audio artifacts and makes sequencing or playing this synth difficult. This is a long-known issue, but contrary to some rumors, it hasn't been fixed even with newer serial numbers.
