Super tone, a real pleasure to play. Not really that difficult to hit the highs. I was enjoying a 3E shallow cup but this Bach 1 very deep cup has blown it out of the water. The sound I get out of my XL bore is fantastic!!! Such a full, huge sound and so nice to play. That adage about playing the biggest pot you can manage must be true.
