Definitely handles much better than the cheap bow that I previously had! Can not complain for this price!

My daugher and her violin teacher tested the following bows:
- Artino BF-11 Carbon Violinbow 4/4
- Gewa Carbon Student Violin Bow 4/4
- Roth & Junius RJB Carbon Violin Bow 4/4 BR
- Artino Retro Carbon Violin Bow 4/4
- Alfred Stingl by Höfner AS34 V4/4 Carbon Violin Bow
- Gewa Advanced Carbon Violin Bow 4/4
- Artino Violin Bow 4/4 Special Edition

The teacher didn't know which bow was which and was not aware of the price ranges. Her top 3 with respect to bow handling and sound quality was
- Alfred Stingl by Höfner AS34 V4/4 Carbon Violin Bow
- Gewa Advanced Carbon Violin Bow 4/4
- Artino BF-11 Carbon Violinbow 4/4
She thought that any of these was very good for my daughter but she was especially impressed by the handling and sound of the Alfred Stingl by Höfner AS34 V4/4 Carbon Violin Bow and we ended buying that one.

Decided to have a go at this soon after I got my first violin (Yamaha V5 set), and it turned out to be a significant upgrade over the wood bow that came with the set. It somehow manages to be bouncier and more responsive, while also being easier to control.
