A perfect all in one unit.
I ordered this as I need a rig to run pre-recorded tracks while providing a separate mix for my in ear monitors (including a click track). I’ve tried to cobble together bits and piece from items I own and it felt like too rookie and unreliable. So I ordered this unit.
This item would have been perfect except I actually needed the bigger model as I wanted 8in and 8out to be able to record live/ studio and for my podcast series and to provide more versatility live.
I have returned this to get the bigger one… that should be all I need to say - I’m re-ordering this unit.
If you only need 2i/o then this is perfect and the all is so intuitive and easy to use.
The FX are impeccable and the only noise I heard is if the gain is cranked way up (but which preamp won’t do that!?
I recommend this product 100%

Great small mixer!
I bought it for keyboards and sound module, to blend them together. It is quite easy to use and the features are great. The 64 snapshots can easily use for align the volumes per songs in a show and change them through midi controller on the fly. It is great also that if everything is set up, the pc or tablet is not needed. On the sound part maybe is there some difference from the other mixer that I used, Allen&Heath ZED10FX...somehow it was warmer the ZED10FX. Anyway, it is a good, very usable and durable piece of gear. There is 10 years of warranty also and the technical support is great.

Worth for the money!!
Very good and professional handling to Malaysia by Thomann. MIDAS MR 12 is just worth for the money.

Good bit of kit.
I've used this at a number of gigs now and it really works well. Duo, band and club gigs.
It's small and lightweight, one of the main factors I got this. Fits in a backpack and a perfect fit in one of those rolling carry-on cases.
I don't use the native app but there is a great third party app which is much better and easier to use.
The sound is great, preamps are very good, effects are decent.
However, I 100% recommend to get a dedicated router for it. The internal one just does not cut it. We did a gig in a small nightclub on the weekend with 200 people inside and we could not connect to the unit once everyone was in there ... It was lucky I had the foresight to NOT mute everything before everyone arrived, just in case this happened, otherwise we would not have been able to connect to unmute.
On the whole though, I highly recommend this bit of kit and I'm so happy with it.

Excellent budget remote with a lot of signal processing capabilities, excellent quality preamps.

Nice, solid, well built and small! Very professional little unit for everyone who needs pro unit for live situations. Software is easy to install and works well everywhere (Ipad, Android tablet, smartphones, computers). Well done Midas!
