I bought my Les Trem II about 6 month ago for my Ibanez as153. I chose it over other options mainly for the look. The guitar looks great as it is, and I didn't want to change it too much with a big chunk of metal.
Les Trem is a tremolo in the same ballpark as the Bigsby, but it's designed to replace the existing stopbar without any changes to the guitar itself.
The trem installs easily - just a screwdriver and 3 minutes, that's it.......
The handle can be adjusted, both length and angle.
At first, I considered a rollerbridge, but found that it stays in tune just fine with a standard bridge. I haven't noticed any significant changes in tuning stability after it was equipped. It seems to be very well made of proper materials, no problems there.
So, to sum up : It looks good, it installs easily and works like a charm. On top of that it comes with a pricetag considerably lower than the alternatives, so I have no problems with giving it my best recommandation.
