Austin Custom Brass Trumpet Standard MV 3C

I have been playing the Warburton Arturo Sandoval 3C cup with a 7* backbore (also a Mount Vernon clone) for a long time, but wanted to try this Austin Custom Brass Mount Vernon clove for comparison.
However, I can neither, feel or hear even the slightest difference. The cups and backbores look identical, although the throat may look slightly, slightly larger on the Austin Custom Brass.
I A-B'et it (blindly) with two friends, and they were unable to spot any difference.
The Warburton Arthuro + 7* backbore costs 111€+66€=177€, and gives you the option of changing the backbore.
The Austin Custom Brass MV 3C is 121€.

This mouthpiece is based on the famous Bach Mt Vernon 3c and is slightly larger than the Stork Vachiano 3c I have played for years. The stork makes a rich sound on both Bb and C trumpet but in the orchestra I needed something that helped me create a bigger symphonic sound and that helped me project in loud passages. This mouthpiece has been excellent in allowing me to achieve these goals has a very comfortable rim, and is very responsive. The inner diameter and the cup are larger than other 3c's I've played. The only tiny issue is that the silver plating seems to show signs of wear relatively quickly but I still thoroughly recommend it!

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Bach mv 3c Kopie und wurde mit diesem Mundstück fündig. Nach verschiedenen Recherchen kam ich zu dieser Kopie, weil sie eben sehr gut sein sollte.
Hauptsächlich spiele ich dieses Mundstück auf meiner Pumpventil B Trompete. Dort gefällt es mir sehr gut, da es richtig massiv klingt, was auch an der modifiziertem bohrung/backbore liegt. Meine Pumpventiltrp hat eine L bohrung(bauernfeind Maschinen) und noch dort funktioniert es sehr gut. Schon eher relativ dunkel vom Sound und mit gutem Kern. Meiner meinung nach gerade die Grenze vom Luftfluss her.
Auch auf der drehventil C und B funktioniert es sehr gut. (Beide meinlschmidt)
Ich war eben auf der Suche nach einem Mundstück, welches auf beiden Trompetentypen gut funktioniert.
Generell ein sehr gut verarbeitetes Mundstück mittlerer Größe und eine gute mv 3c Kopie.

The most interesting - not exact - a copy of Bach Mt Vernon 3C on the market, which I have researched. The ideal compromise between core audio and lightness of playing. Wishes? En? The flat rim with a smaller inner edge gives a feeling of confidence, support and overall tolerance for the nozzle. With a sharp rim, there is no risk of fatigue for players with thicker lips, which I have observed with an unnamed competitor. The rim offers good support thanks to its width and is not "tiring." The mouthpiece allows proportions? great freedom and does it react to me the same? good in high and low tones and in quiet playing. I went from B. 1 1/4 C and H. 3ML and on MV 3C it is not a problem to achieve similar? rich tone with a core within commercial music, jazz and the like. I stayed at the mouthpiece.
The processing is completely b? ̧ ̧ and quality and on the level. It looks good on the tube, the plating seems to be of good quality and does not oxidize.
If someone is looking for a universal mouthpiece with interesting features around size 3C, or after a dressed original in a luxury price category, I have not tried a better nozzle than this one and honestly? I recommend it.
