+++ Update +++
Tuesday 14 June 2022
Dear music fans and beloved Treppendorf visitors: the COVID-19 emergency is unfortunately not over yet, but we are quite happy to notice that the incidences are comparatively low (and hopefully will remain so). In the past few weeks, we have gradually eased the restrictions in our shop in Treppendorf; this was done in accordance with the legal requirements and recommendations of our in-house crisis team. We are pleased to be able to inform you about the current state of affairs as follows:
– The FFP2 mask requirement in the shop, in the t.kitchen, goods issue and Service Center acceptance is canceled until further notice. Instead, we recommend wearing a mask for your safety – although not mandatory to gain entry.
– The entry restrictions/maximum number of customers also no longer apply until further notice; However, we ask you to continue to pay attention to minimum distances – for your own good and that of all other customers and our employees. Please continue to treat each other carefully and respectfully – so that your next visit with us in Treppendorf will be as safe and beautiful as it was before COVID.
We look forward to see you soon!

Monday 21 February 2022
Dear music lovers and Treppendorf visitors,
We have a little update for you, as you may have already noticed: In our shop in Treppendorf, there is no longer a limit on the maximum number of customers. The FFP2 mask requirement still remains in place.
A quick note about our t.kitchen service: Between February 7th and 25th, only the coffee bar is open from 4:00 pm onwards and only cold dishes are offered.
We look forward to your visit, happy instrument shopping!

The 2G regulation in retail was overturned by the administrative court. This means that you can ALL shop to your heart’s content again on site – no matter what your vaccination status is. 😊
There are no longer any admission restrictions – we only have to pay attention to the FFP2 mask requirement and the number of customers in the store, which depends on the number of square meters.
So nothing stands in the way of a visit to T-dorf! 😊
We look forward to seeing you!

Tuesday, December 7th, 2021
Dear music lovers and Treppendorf visitors,
You have probably already heard it in the media: New Corona measures come into force nationwide. This also brings some changes for our Thomann shop.
From Wednesday, December 8th, 2021, new rules will apply in our Thomann shop and in the service department in Treppendorf:
The 2G rule comes into force: Customers who have been fully vaccinated or have recovered will be admitted, as well as children under 12 years of age
The vaccination card or the recovery certificate (paper or digital) is required for verification, as well as an identity card or child ID card, passport, driver’s license or a similar document
There is still an FFP2 mask requirement and a limit of 20 m² per customer in the shop
The place where you will be checked is the service reception and the entrance of the shop
Additional regulation for t.kitchen: Here, students up to the age of 17 may be granted admission after presenting their student ID. 2G applies to all other guests
Our employees in the shop and in service reception are fully vaccinated, recovered or tested negative on a daily basis.
Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you and wish you a wonderful Advent season. Keep on rockin’!

Wednesday, November 24th, 2021
Dear music lovers,
In order to comply with the corona protection regulations, we have unfortunately again had to severely limit the number of visitors in the shop starting November 24, 2021. For this we use our tried-tested-and-true ticket system.
The ticket system:
It’s that simple: There is a “ticket counter” in the entrance area of our shop in Treppendorf. There are a certain number of tickets for each department in our shop, which depends on the size of the area in which the department is located (one ticket is required per person).
If you want to change departments, that’s no problem. To do this, the ticket is simply exchanged at the counter. If all tickets are being used and the maximum number of people in the desired department has been reached, a pager is assigned for the waiting time.
t.kitchen:
The 2G rule applies to all guests at t.kitchen, as does the FFP2 mask requirement.
The FFP2 mask requirement and the protective measures listed below continue to apply throughout the Thomann campus.
We look forward to your visit! Keep on rockin’ in the free world! 🤘

Eating in the t.kitchen: Please take the new rules into account
New corona rules have been in effect in Bavaria since August 23. If the incidence is over 35, access to indoor catering and dining is only permitted if proof of a complete corona vaccination, recovery or a negative test can be shown. This also applies to our t.kitchen. So please show the corresponding proof at the food counter and at the cash desk without being asked. If not, we can only offer you the meals for take-away.
Thanks for your understanding! ❤️?

Appointment no longer needed to visit shop and service reception
Dear Colleagues,
We are very pleased to announce the following news: As of Tuesday the 1st of June, it is no longer necessary for our customers to visit the shop and service reception via an appointment. Customers can simply drop by and we will use our tried and tested ticket system.
There is, however, a small exception in our wind instruments department because we are taking special protective measures for our customers in this area. Customers are required to make an appointment in advance via telephone to visit the wind instruments department:
☎ + (49) 9546-9223-26
There may be a short waiting time when testing microphones. The FFP2 mask requirement and the usual protective measures continue to apply throughout the entire Thomann campus. This link provides information on the current incidence level in the Bamberg district as well as legal regulations.
Our t.kitchen is now offering seated service again!
Good news for all our hungry visitors: Our t.kitchen in Treppendorf is now again offering seats for all visitors. Enjoy the meal! ?
You can check the new plan in the scheme attached right below. More information can be found below:
FFP2-mask requirement in the t.kitchen
Since we no longer offer to-go/takeaway meals, the FFP2 mask requirement applies throughout the t.kitchen. The mask may only be removed when seated down.
Gastro-rules in the visitors area
The seating area is divided into one area for customers or external guests and one area for Thomann employees. The minimum distance of 1.5 m also applies to the tables. For the customer area in the t.kitchen, the legal regulations for catering establishments apply, which is why we have to assign tables here and record the contact details of the guests.

from 6:45 AM to 7 PM
Saturday

⇒ Shop opening from Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 ⇐
Light at the end of the tunnel: The Bamberg District Office confirmed to us today that our shop in Treppendorf can reopen for you despite the current district incidence value of 50.3!
We can hardly express our joy at this prospect and are currently working super hard to bring the store up to date for you. Above all, we, of course, continue to attach great importance to your safety and our hygiene standards, which applies to the entire campus. Nothing about that has changed.
So that the shopping experience with us is not only fun, but also safe and to the satisfaction of all customers, we need today (Monday) for final preparations. From tomorrow, Tuesday, March 9th, 2021, we will be back to our regular opening hours.
The repair shop in the service centre is also open, as is the t.kitchen with a delicious to-go menu.
We look forward to seeing you!
Your Thomann Team ❤️️?

I love Thomann, its gear and service and have been an avid customer for over 10 years now. But I start to dislike the YT channel of yours. It still has useful episodes and info, such as the episodes with Kris. But I started to really dislike the bass-episodes with Julia. In the beginning she introduced gear and demonstrated it and now it is all about showing off, attention seeking content with a growing amount of creepy comments, unfortunately. The HB bass channel of yours is much more contentful and useful, even though it’s naturally just about HB basses.
I know what “sells”, we all know it and you know it too, quite obviously. But I still would prefer to have the bass episodes become more of what they used to be in the beginning.
Just some honest feedback.
Stay safe everyone!
