Treppendorf shop, goods issue and service reception closed to customer traffic

Dear customers & music lovers,
Because the 7-day incidence has been above 150 for three days in a row, we will unfortunately have to close our Treppendorf store, merchandise issue and repair receiving area to public traffic starting Thursday, April 29th.
By phone arrangement, we will allow customers to pick up commissioned repairs or drop them off at our service reception, among other things.
For everyone’s safety, FFP2 masks and the protective measures mentioned below will continue to apply throughout the Thomann campus.
If the 7-day incidence is below 150 for five days in a row we may reopen. Current values for the Bamberg district can be found under this link.

⇒ Shop opening from Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 ⇐

Light at the end of the tunnel: The Bamberg District Office confirmed to us today that our shop in Treppendorf can reopen for you despite the current district incidence value of 50.3!

We can hardly express our joy at this prospect and are currently working super hard to bring the store up to date for you. Above all, we, of course, continue to attach great importance to your safety and our hygiene standards, which applies to the entire campus. Nothing about that has changed.

So that the shopping experience with us is not only fun, but also safe and to the satisfaction of all customers, we need today (Monday) for final preparations. From tomorrow, Tuesday, March 9th, 2021, we will be back to our regular opening hours.

The repair shop in the service centre is also open, as is the t.kitchen with a delicious to-go menu.

We look forward to seeing you!

Your Thomann Team ❤️️🎶

PS: Please understand that the ticket system and FFP2 mask requirement still apply (as mentioned in the March 5th update). FFP2 masks are also to be worn in outdoor areas around the shop, goods collection point, service point and t.kitchen (see red areas on the map below👇).

Make sure to plan a little more time when you visit Treppendorf, as there will most likely be longer waiting times. Thanks for your understanding!
