This calimba has great sound. It's a nice instrument, also really relaxing and great in music classroom for children! They where really careful not to break it and even thought it's hard they all tried and played a little... they loved it.

good sound for a kalimba of this price.
do mind that you don't put in in front of your window in the sun. the wood will crack if there is an exposure of "sunlight" heat. overal very good kalimba with a nice, full, big sound.

I bought a couple of these for Christmas gifts for friends. I find these calimbas to be extremely good value for money as it comes together with a little tuning Hamer as well as a soft bag either to carry it with you or to just store it without getting any dust! Big thumps up Thomann.
