Recession t.bone free solo with beltpack and hand transmitter

Funkanlagen Concept:
6X double receiver freesolo 823
2X single receiver free solo 863
8X hand-held transmitter (4 pcs.
8X Taschensender (4 pcs purchased)
1X antennas? Booster / active paddle
2X foam insert and matching drawers

As a comparison, the free solo has to compete with the Sennheiser EW100, which now retires.
As a first plus I see the offer of the double receiver at the free solo (up to the 863 distance, since the double receiver is missing). This reduces the acquisition costs for the routes themselves, as well as for the antenna splitters, antennas and the power supply units. But also the wiring costs for the antennas are reduced by 50%.
The second plus is to synchronize the transmitter with the receiver, press the cover / cap down from the transmitter to the ADL, keep the transmitter close, after a second both are synchronized.
The third plus is also the free solo, for the installation. With the double transmitter, everything is there, only the angles have to be screwed on. There is no rack tray that needs to be purchased separately. In the individual plants, there is a big minus. Since 2 angles are screwed between the individual receivers, which looks very cheap. There is also no manual, you have to think about what the artist has thought. So Thomann, please a double receiver for the 863 Mhz!
The fourth plus goes to the hand transmitters, these are very valuable from the case, made of aluminum. Nevertheless, there is a minus for the mute button, which is designed as a push button and is used as a double function as an off switch. Unfortunately this is in the meantime with many attachments, which I have looked at. This may result in unintended use of the mute function, or even turning off the transmitter, if the channel is not used.
There is a big minus for the cheap look of the Taschensenders. He should be smaller, in my opinion. Also the plastic does not do justice to the free solo, which feels cheap. Well, you could say the developer paid attention to the weight? Why?
The frequencies are usable as usual in groups and channels, the AF / RF / Sequelch and the Batt. Etc. Status on the display, which is standard today. The display is orange and easy to read. The directly accessible function of the transmitter synchronization, and also that the process itself goes so fast and is not made difficult by selecting the function at the transmitter or its confirmation at the transmitter is well done.
A minus is also available for the tight fit of the batteries, in the hand transmitter. You can not even just during the running operation, with the fingernails the battery rausschnippen. Without a screwdriver or Leatherman is there nothing to make, despite the Batt. Intervention.
The processing is nevertheless very valuable, the housings of the receivers are made of metal, the double receivers have an aluminum front, the buttons do not hack, the set buttons the transmitters are good to use. All receivers are supplied with an external power supply. This one unfortunately can not be inserted into a 3-fold power strip side by side, since too wide. This is also a minus. Also missing me a plug-out fuse for the 12V hollow plug. These could easily be unplugged in the rack, by power-feeding or wiring.
Something else on the subject of packaging and accessories. The transmitter / receiver sets come in a case. Why that ??? OK, with the single plants is the super, since these can be used really individually. But the double plants? They are sure to come in 90% racks. These remain and cost only unnecessarily money. Exactly the same with the provided jack lines. Who closes something asymetrical? The Beltpack includes guitar cables. I think this is a good idea.
Final assessment:
I find the freesolo a very successful, thought-out alternative to the premium brands. And with the Bundles such as the Ant. Splitter / Active Paddles and the Foam Inlays the thing gets really round and gets a very professional touch. I think I would buy the freesolo again?

Well packaged came the set with me and earned itself for the system case already times a small plus. Everything, the enclosed unbalanced cable I will not use, but they do their purpose. The processing of all components is very good for the price class and also makes a great impression when touching, only the Bodypack appears somewhat "thin-skinned". User manual read through, batteries inserted, connected and wanted to synchronize Bodypack and Micro with the receiver - either it was either the presetting or the "guys" understood right away so well that they did not need my help. It all went like clockwork. Tested in a 150 sqm room with a 10 sqm stairs - built in the middle of the middle - stopping everywhere stable! With the quality of the enclosed microphone very satisfied and with the plugged AKG C 520L headset there was also no problems. For my use, to give instructions during ongoing music during seminars and to move in the room, the Twin HTPT is suitable. If it proves itself in the hard practice use, I will buy still further with two Bodypacks (Twin PT). Only vermouth drops: With batteries the transmitters do not seem to function. All in all: Recommended!
