they are the original sticky pads and are really sticky, you need them once youve swapped out a couple of pedals.

Advice... grab an useful oil adhesive remover fon an easy displacement of your plate.

seems stronger than the original that came with the plate, could be just impression. Very effective, the grip on it is really monstrous. Recommend!
