Le violon Stentor Student II est l'instrument idéal pour les élèves qui souhaitent mettre un accent particulier sur la qualité dès le début de leur carrière de violoniste. Le violon Stentor est taillé à la main dans différents bois massifs, de sorte que chaque instrument est unique. Le corps et le manche de l'instrument sont en érable, la table d'harmonie en épicéa, les chevilles et la touche en ébène, tandis que la mentonnière est fabriquée dans un bois dur. Le résultat direct du choix de ces matériaux est un son très concentré qui dégage beaucoup de profondeur et de chaleur. Pour faciliter l'accordage du violon, le cordier, fabriqué en matériau composite, dispose de quatre fines vis d’accordages. L'archet en bois fourni est recouvert de crin de cheval naturel soigneusement sélectionné, qui se termine par un positionneur de main en ébène. Avec la housse fournie, cet instrument est le partenaire idéal pour faire ses premiers pas dans le monde merveilleux du violon.

A focus on quality

The tonewoods that form the basis of instrument making are dried for at least three years before being processed to ensure quality, stability, and above all a great sound. Stentor uses only natural adhesives to glue its many components, so that repairs can be carried out without hassle in the future - artificial adhesives cannot normally be removed in a precise manner. During production, all individual parts are marked, sawn to size, planed, and glued by hand. In order to guarantee the tonal quality of the final product, the thickness and quality of the material are re-measured repeatedly at numerous positions and at various stages of the manufacturing process.

En raison de sa qualité sonore et de fabrication, comme de sa taille, le violon Stentor Student II 4/4 n'est pas seulement un instrument d'initiation pour les débutants, mais il est également conseillé à tous ceux qui ont "grandi" avec l'instrument qu'ils utilisaient jusqu'à présent. Il est généralement recommandé à partir d'une taille de 1,50m ou d'une longueur de bras de 60cm (en cas de doute, il vaut mieux demander l'avis personnel d'un violoniste expérimenté). Le fait que tout le nécessaire soit déjà fourni avec ce violon (archet et housse avec compartiment séparé pour le matériel) rend l'instrument particulièrement intéressant pour les (futurs) violonistes conscients de son prix, mais néanmoins exigeants.
