OK for a newbie DJ leaning
OK for a newbie DJ leaning!
I had some bad sound issues with it ... static / humming noise ... but I recently bought a pair of :
SVS SoundPath Stereo RCA Audio Cable Pair
the sound issues I experienced ... have disappeared ! :-D ... so, yeah ... some high quality cables are always good to have!
For learning how to DJ:ay … as a complete newbie … it is more then fine. Though if you are a professional DJ … maybe look for something better.

Pretty awesome for a small setup
I was searching for a compact controller for my fly rack. The Reloop Buddy is quite impressive and has a great sound quality. I switched to the DJay Pro to use with it. The Buddy isn’t the ideal - in this small form factor, you should be able to find some compromises. The hardware is good, and it’s the only small controller with FX paddles. I initially bought it for almost $400, which was quite overpriced. But the recent price has dropped to around $200, and for this price, it’s an excellent deal.
