Wow

Wow, I didn't think it'd be this interesting of an experience!
These feel nice in the hand, and the sound they produce is much closer to the hand struming or such. The attack is much softer. Works specifically well on the acoustic guitar, I think.
The felt on the pick does get damaged fairly quickly however, even though I use flatwound strings. I suspect it might get worse with roundwounds.
Still an unexpectedly cool thing to try!

Picboy difficult to hold

Although well made I find Picboy pic was small and difficult to hold in the correct position throughout a song.

Überraschend weich

Ich habe mir sowohl die Felt Drop in "Hard" als auch in "Soft" gekauft. Bei der harten Ausführung in blau war ich nicht sonderlich begeistert. Dann kam der Pickboy in weich an die Reihe. Von der harten Ausführung wartete ich auf den negativen Einfluss des Plastkkernes. Dies ist beim roten, dem weichen Pickbay völlig anders. Dies liegt wohl an dem weichen Kunststoffkern, der beim Spielen und beim Klang nicht auffällt. Das beim Spielen der Filz abgenutzt wird, das ist bekanntlich das Los jeden Filzplekrons, geschieht bei dem beklebten Pickboy jedoch etwas schneller als bei einem reinen Filzplektron. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als gut, des Klang der Ukulele angenehm weich.

Filtplektrum

Utmärkt för att få ett varmare, fylligare ljud med mer bas och mindre diskant. Den har en hård kärna så den viker sig inte. Filten slits så man får byta ibland men det är det värt. Den är betydligt tjockare än ett vanligt plektrum men det är inget problem när man vant sig.
