Good for the price, but rattling
I use the stand mounted on my e-drums. When there is no "cargo" on the stand it is rattling or acting as a speaker cone. This is of course depending on the stability of the stand and the playing volume. But on low volume settings it was so annoying that I removed while playing without notes.
The Bottom screw is very cheap. It hardly locks the stands swivel. I had to tighten it as hard as I could by hand.
The clamp screw seemed a little bit offset from the V-groove centre it should be aligned with. But it holds the stand nevertheless.
Nothing of the above hinder me from using the stand. So I recommend it as a cheap stand for e-drums.

Millenium Music Stand
This stand is very poor quality and design. I try to put it on mic stand but I never happy with it. Something was always standing wrong.

Stand does what it should do
This stand I bought as a present for someone. Its ok, but I do find you need to really tighten it in order to remain level. I think in future I would recommend buying a separate stand as this stand just is not flexible enough in terms of re positioning.

A good buy, but...
The extended arm is a bit to short but in great quality!
The biggest drawback is the plate. It is not aluminium, so no magnets will stick...
