This thing is insane. It sounds huge, yet not gong-y. I use it in the studio and before i got it i was deciding between this or a "heavy" 20" crash. I'm really pleased with my choice. It's warm, yet cuts. Responds well to softer hits, harder hits and an onslaught of crashing. I'm going to get more Meinl Pure Alloy Custom cymbals for sure.
