The music rest is 48.5cm wide and 24cm high, meaning that even full orchestral scores in A4 format will have enough space on the rest's shelf, which has a depth of 4.2cm. The central rod can be extended in two places and fastened with polymer wing nuts for a secure hold. Unbeatably simple and quick assembly

Usually, when folding the robust K&M 107 back together – be it to take it home or to stow it on stage – practised musicians will first collapse the music rest section itself upwards, so that the two struts left pointing upwards can be folded back down, making as compact a package as possible. And as it weighs only 2.5kg (5.5lbs), it couldn't be easier to carry. Incidentally, the K&M 107 can also be used as a conductor's stand, as the music rest section can also be retained in a fully horizontal position thanks to the special joint. Additional, separate sheet holders can be purchased from the manufacturer, which can be used to secure larger or loose sheets of music.

The sturdiest folding stand I've ever used!

The K&M 107 stand is quite pricey, but without doubt worth the money. It is incredibly sturdy, superb quality, and extends higher than other folding stands, while remaining absolutely stable.

Very stable large folding music stand

I bought this stand to replace my usual school type folding music stand. I noticed that it was a bit taller but didn't realise how large it is overall. It's big and substantial and feels like it's good quality.

The only downside is that because of it's size even when folded it needs to be carried separately. It's too big to throw in a shoulder bag.

Da ich oft aus Ordnern spiele, ist mein alter Notenständer dem Gewicht nicht mehr gewachsen. Dieser Notenständer ist äußerst stabil und schön breit. Da wackelt und verstellt sich nichts. Er hat kein Problem meinen Ordner zu halten und ich kann mich voll aufs Spielen konzentrieren.

Sein einziger Nachteil ist, dass er zusammengefaltet immer noch sehr lang ist und daher nicht in meinen Rucksack passt. Dafür einen Stern Abzug beim Handling.
